摘要
20世纪遗产“活化利用”的前提是在确保这些建筑的原始风格或魅力不被破坏,采取非“治标”而是“治本”的方式,核心做法是留存记忆,同时也为城市文化复兴创造品牌。本文认为,20世纪遗产的活化利用涉及建筑生命的全链条,既有规划设计,又有文化业态,更涉及建设营造的诸环节,其中启迪公众自知的传播研究,不仅可提升业界对20世纪遗产的观念认知,更可总括出对公众提升建筑文化的策略。文章从传播理论与实践入手,研究了有代表性的20世纪建筑遗产项目的活化利用思路与途径。
The prerequisite for the "revitalization and utilization" of 20th-Century heritage is to ensure the preservation of the original style or charm of these buildings and to adopt a "root cause" approach rather than a "palliative" approach.The core approach is to preserve memories and also create brands for an urban cultural revival.This paper believes that the activation and utilization of 20th-Century heritage involve the entire chain of architectural life,including planning and design,cultural formats,and various aspects of construction and creation.Among them,the dissemination that inspires public self-awareness can not only enhance the industry's understanding of 20th-Century heritage but also summarize strategies for the public to enhance architectural culture.Starting from communication theory and practice,the paper studies the ideas and approaches for the activation and utilization of representative 20th-Century architectural heritage projects.
