摘要
在电感耦合等离子体源(ICP)装置上成功地搭建了一套没有减震系统的水平单道测量的CO_(2)色散干涉仪,用以测量等离子体的弦积分电子密度,并且与HCN干涉仪结果作对比,证明了CO_(2)色散干涉仪的可行性。
A CO_(2) dispersion interferometer for horizontal single-channel measurement without a damping system has been successfully installed on an inductively coupled plasma(ICP) source to measure the chord-integrated electron density of the plasma and compared with the data of HCN interferometer.The results of the instrument prove the feasibility of the CO_(2) dispersion interferometer.
