简述了近年来的汽车罐车事故,泰安结合相关标准要求,对使用管理、资料审查、清洗置换、安全阀整定压力、耐压试验、气密性试验、罐体操作箱、爆破片更换周期、真空度检测等问题进行讨论,并给出相应建议。

A brief description of recent car tank car accidents was given.Based on relevant standard requirements,issues such as usage management,data review,cleaning and replacement,safety valve setting pressure,pressure resistance test,airtightness test,tank operation box,rupture disc replacement cycle,vacuum degree detection,etc.are discussed,and corresponding suggestions were given.
