The lower flange was the main pressure component of the BGL gasifier.It had been detected that there were cracks inside the lower flange of the 2#BGL gasifier,which seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the gasifier.The replacement of the lower flange of the 2#BGL gasifier involved every construction step including flange cutting,assembly,welding,heat treatment,and non-destructive inspection.The construction quality was strictly controlled,and the replacement of the lower flange of the gasifier was completed and accepted,eliminating equipment safety hazards.
