3D重建技术在治疗高位复杂肛瘘中的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨3D重建技术在治疗高位复杂肛瘘中的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年5月—2022年12月齐齐哈尔市第一医院收治的高位复杂肛瘘患者60例为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。观察组患者采用3D重建技术辅助下手术方法治疗肛瘘,对照组患者直接采用传统的手术方法治疗肛瘘,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组的出血、术后疼痛、住院、愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论应用3D重建技术治疗高位复杂肛瘘可以制订精准手术方案,提高手术质量和治疗效果,且预后效果理想,符合精准、微创的治疗理念,是一种有价值的治疗高位复杂肛瘘的新型术式。 Objective Explore the clinical application effect of 3D reconstruction technology in the treatment of high complex anal fistula.Methods Sixty patients with high complex anal fistula admitted to the First Hospital of Qiqihar City from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group patients were treated with surgical methods assisted by 3D reconstruction technology for anal fistula,while the control group patients were directly treated with traditional surgical methods.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter bleeding,postoperative pain,hospitalization,and healing time than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D reconstruction technology in the treatment of high complex anal fistula can develop precise surgical plans,improve surgical quality and treatment effectiveness,and achieve ideal prognosis.It is in line with the precise and minimally invasive treatment concept,and is a valuable new surgical method for treating high complex anal fistula.
