静脉溶栓在早期急性心肌梗死治疗中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Intravenous Thrombolysis in the Treatment of Early Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探析早期急性心肌梗死治疗中应用静脉溶栓治疗的有效性。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月山东国欣颐养集团莱芜中心医院接诊的早期急性心肌梗死患者82例,应用硬币法分为两组,各41例,对照组施行常规治疗,观察组施行静脉溶栓治疗,对比两组疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组2、6、12 h的血管再通率(65.85%、78.05%、95.12%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.243、7.569、9.872,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的LVEF(50.68±6.79)%更高,LVESD(29.75±2.09)mm与LVEDD(44.80±5.58)mm更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的cTnT1(0.28±0.06)μg/L、CK-MB(21.33±3.90)g/L、CK(187.98±38.89)U/L更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的治疗总有效率(95.12%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期急性心肌梗死应用静脉溶栓治疗的效果突出,可以提高血管再通率,值得使用与推广。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of early acute myocardial infarction.Methods 82 patients with early acute myocardial infarction who were treated at Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups using the coin method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received intravenous thrombolysis.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the recanalization rate(65.85%,78.05%,95.12%)of the observation group was higher at 2 hours,6 hours and 12 hours,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.243,7.569,9.872,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,LVEF(50.68±6.79)%was higher,LVESD(29.75±2.09)mm and LVEDD(44.80±5.58)mm were lower in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,cTnT1(0.28±0.06)μg/L,CK-MB(21.33±3.90)g/L,and CK(187.98±38.89)U/L in the observation group were smaller,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate(95.12%)of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intravenous thrombolysis in early acute myocardial infarction is outstanding,it can improve the rate of vascular recanalization,and it is worth using and promoting.
