腹腔镜手术在复杂性腹壁疝治疗中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Complex Abdominal Wall Hernia

目的探讨对复杂性腹壁疝患者采用腹腔镜手术方法治疗的临床效果。方法选取枣庄市中医医院2020年2月—2022年12月收治的120例复杂性腹壁疝患者为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分为两组,参照组(n=60)施以常规开放性手术治疗,研究组(n=60)施以腹腔镜手术治疗。对比两组患者手术总有效率、并发症(泌尿系统感染、切口感染、血肿)总发生率、手术时间、住院时间以及住院费用。结果研究组患者手术总有效率(98.33%)高于参照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率3.33%低于参照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的手术时间、住院时间、住院费用均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同常规开放性手术比较,腹腔镜手术治疗复杂性腹壁疝患者,可显著提升手术效果,缩短手术和住院时间,减少住院费用,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on patients with complex abdominal wall hernia.Methods 120 patients with complex abdominal wall hernia admitted to Zaozhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using coin toss method.The reference group(n=60)received conventional open surgery treatment,while the study group(n=60)received laparoscopic surgery treatment.The total effective rate of operation,the total incidence of complications(urinary system infection,incision infection,hematoma),the operation time,hospital stay and hospital costs were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of surgery in the study group(98.33%)was higher than that in the control group(86.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%lower than 20.00%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical time,hospitalization time,and hospitalization expenses of the study group were all better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional open surgery,laparoscopic surgery for complex abdominal wall hernia patients can significantly improve surgical effectiveness,shorten surgical and hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization costs,and have higher safety.
