维甲酸类药物治疗痤疮和银屑病的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Retinoic Acids in Treating Acne and Psoriasis

目的评价维甲酸类药物治疗痤疮和银屑病的疗效。方法选取2020年8月—2022年8月邹平市中医院收治的痤疮和银屑病患者90例为研究对象。遵循随机抽样法分为常规组(45例,常规药物治疗)、研究组(45例,维甲酸类药物治疗)。比较两组治疗前后疾病症状积分、炎性因子含量、治疗疗效、用药不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组的疾病症状积分、白细胞介素-6含量、C反应蛋白含量均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗疗效为97.78%高于常规组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05);研究组的用药不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将维甲酸类药物运用到痤疮和银屑病患者治疗中,可减轻鳞屑情况,缓解丘疹现象,降低炎性因子含量,提高治疗疗效,且用药不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得借鉴。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of retinoids in the treatment of acne and psoriasis.Methods A total of 90 patients with acne and psoriasis admitted to Zouping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the subjects.According to random sampling method,the patients were divided into conventional group(45 cases,conventional drug treatment)and study group(45 cases,retinoic acid drug treatment).Disease symptom score,inflammatory factor content,therapeutic efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the disease symptom score,interleukin-6 content and C-reactive protein content in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the study group was 97.78%higher than that of the conventional group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).The incidence of ADR in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of retinoic acid drugs in the treatment of acne and psoriasis patients can reduce scales,relieve papules,reduce the content of inflammatory factors,improve the curative effect of treatment,and have fewer adverse drug reactions and higher safety,which is worthy of reference.
