摘要
目的探讨支持-表达性团体心理干预模式对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者创伤后成长的影响。方法选取2021年1—6月百色市人民医院60例新确诊为中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,通过支持-表达性团体心理干预调察其领悟社会支持水平与创伤后成长水平变化以及二者的相关性。结果中晚期肺癌患者领悟社会支持及创伤后成长干预前PSSS及PTGI总分分别为(40.62±8.97)分、(39.80±6.99)分,干预后分别为(54.91±8.16)分、(63.07±12.28)分,干预前后得分对比,差异有统计学意义(t=9.128、12.760,P<0.001);干预后创伤后成长水平在病理类型、TNM分期方面的得分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);领悟社会支持与创伤后成长之间呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论支持-表达性团体心理治疗可明显提升中晚期肺癌患者的创伤后成长水平。
Objective To explore the effect of supportive-expressive group psychological intervention model on posttraumatic growth of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From January to June 2021,60 patients with newly diagnosed advanced non-small cell lung cancer in Baise People´s Hospital were selected as the research objects.The changes of perceived social support level and post-traumatic growth level and their correlation were investigated through support-expression group psychological intervention.Results The total scores of perceived social support and post-traumatic growth in patients with advanced lung cancer before intervention were PSSS and PTGI was(40.62±8.97)points and(39.80±6.99)points,respectively,and after intervention were(54.91±8.16)points and(63.07±12.28)points,respectively.The difference in scores before and after intervention was statistically significant(t=9.128,12.760,P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of post-traumatic growth level in pathological type and TNM stage after intervention(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between perceived social support and post-traumatic growth(P<0.001).Conclusion Support-expressive group psychotherapy can significantly improve post-traumatic growth in patients with advanced lung cancer.
