原位断端再接技术在儿童年轻恒前牙复杂冠根折中的应用

Application of In Situ Stump Rejoining Technique in Complex Crown root Compromise of Young Permanent Anterior Teeth in Children

目的探讨儿童年轻恒前牙复杂冠根折修复中原位断端再接技术的应用。方法回顾性选取2022年1—12月邹城市人民医院儿童年轻恒前牙复杂冠根折患儿120例(120颗牙),依据治疗方法分为原位断端再接技术组、复合树脂直接修复组两组,各60例(60颗牙)。统计分析两组牙周临床指标、冠方修复体临床美学效果、修复效果、临床疗效。结果原位断端再接技术组患儿的龈沟液量、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、断裂与保留、继发龋、边缘染色、边缘密合性、敏感性评分均低于复合树脂直接修复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。原位断端再接技术组患儿的牙齿外形、颜色、密合性、冷热敏感、咀嚼功能评分及总分均高于复合树脂直接修复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。原位断端再接技术组患儿的修复成功率93.33%(56/60)高于复合树脂直接修复组80.00%(48/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.615,P<0.05)。结论儿童年轻恒前牙复杂冠根折修复中原位断端再接技术的应用效果较复合树脂直接修复好。

Objective To explore the application of in situ stump rejoining technique in complex crown-root fracture restoration of young permanent anterior teeth in children.Methods A total of 120 children with complex crown-root fractures of permanent anterior teeth in Zoucheng People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were retrospectively selected(120 teeth).According to the treatment method,they were divided into two groups,the in situ stump reconnection group and the composite resin direct restoration group,with 60 cases(60 teeth)in each group.Statistical analyze the periodontal clinical indicators,clinical aesthetics effect,restoration effect,and clinical curative effect of coronal restorations in the two groups.Results The gingival crevicular fluid volume,gingival hook bleeding index,plaque index,fracture and retention,secondary caries,edge staining,edge adhesion,and sensitivity scores in the in situ stump reattachment group were all.lower than those of composite resin direct repair group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tooth shape,color,tightness,cold and heat sensitivity,masticatory function scores and total scores of children in the in situ broken-end reattachment group were higher than those in the composite resin direct restoration group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of repair in the in situ broken end reattachment group 93.33%(56/60)was higher than that in the composite resin direct repair group 80.00%(48/60),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.615,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of in situ stump rejoining technique in complex crown-root fracture restoration of young permanent anterior teeth in chil-dren is better than direct restoration with composite resin.
