腔内射频消融术联合泡沫硬化剂对下肢静脉曲张的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Intracavitary Radiofrequency Ablation Combined with Foam Sclerotherapy on Lower Extremity Varicose Veins

目的分析腔内射频消融术联合泡沫硬化剂对下肢静脉曲张的治疗效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年1月河北省人民医院收治的200例下肢静脉曲张患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组100例(采取腔内射频消融术联合泡沫硬化剂治疗)、参照组100例(采取大隐静脉剥脱术治疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率(98.00%)高于参照组(86.00)%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.783,P<0.05)。两组治疗后VCSS、CIVIQ评分均优于治疗前,且研究组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.141,P<0.05)。结论对于下肢静脉曲张患者,采取腔内射频消融术联合泡沫硬化剂治疗的效果较优,可优化手术指标,减少并发症。

Objective To analyze the effect of intracavitary radiofrequency ablation combined with foam hardener on varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods 200 patients with varicose veins of lower limbs admitted to Hebei Provincial People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the study group of 100 patients(treated with intracavitary radiofrequency ablation combined with foam sclerosing agent)and the reference group of 100 patients(treated with great saphenous vein exfoliation)to compare the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(98.00%)was higher than that in the reference group(86.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.783,P<0.05).After treatment,the VCSS and CIVIQ scores of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.141,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with varicose veins of lower extremities,intracavitary radiofrequency ablation combined with foam sclerosing agent has better effect,which can optimize the surgical indicators and reduce complications.
