摘要 目的探析甲泼尼龙与阿奇霉素联合应用对肺炎支原体大叶性肺炎患儿不良反应及C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2021年10月在东海县人民医院实施治疗的60例患儿,按照电脑抽签法分为A、B两组,每组30例,A组行联合治疗,B组行单一治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状、不良反应、肺功能、炎症水平。结果治疗前,A组和B组的CRP水平为(6.18±1.35)、(6.21±1.27)mg/L,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.089,P=0.930);治疗后,A组和B组的CRP水平为(3.12±0.45)、(4.23±0.51)mg/L,A组明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.939,P<0.001)。结论临床治疗中应用联合治疗效果明显,不仅能有效降低炎症因子水平,减轻不良反应的发生,还能保护小儿患者肺功能,今后临床中值得采纳。 Objective To investigate the effect of combined application of methylprednisolone and azithromycin on adverse reactions and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae lobar pneumonia.Methods 60 children treated in Donghai County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected,and were divided into two groups A and B according to the computerized lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,adverse reactions,pulmonary function,and inflammation level of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the CRP levels in groups A and B were(6.18±1.35)mg/L and(6.21±1.27)mg/L,the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(t=0.089,P=0.930).After treatment,the CRP levels in groups A and B were(3.12±0.45)mg/L and(4.23±0.51)mg/L,group A was significantly lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.939,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of combination therapy in clinical treatment is effective,not only to effectively reduce the level of each inflammatory factor and mitigate the occurrence of adverse reactions,but also to protect the pulmonary function of pediatric patients,which is worth adopting in future clinical practice.
