血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体对儿童危重症手足口病早期预警的临床应用分析

摘要 目的分析早期预警儿童危重症手足口病应用血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体检测的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月梧州市人民医院收治的120例患有手足口病症的儿童作研究对象,依照症状轻重将其分为危重症组、重症组、普通组3组,每组30例,均采用NT-proBNP检测。对比3组患儿心功能分级、WBC、FPG、NT-proBNP指标及症状评分。结果危重症组患儿Ⅲ~Ⅳ级占比率明显高于普通组、重症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);危重症组患儿临床各项指标高于普通组、重症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);危重症组患儿症状评分明显低于重症组、普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床进行早期儿童手足口症状检测时使用NT-proBNP检测,能够起到一定预警意义,临床可通过相关指标数值的变化进行诊断、干预。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of early warning of critically ill hand,foot and mouth disease in children with serum aminoterminal brain natriuretic peptide precursors.Methods A total of 120 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to Wuzhou People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into 3 groups,critical ill group,severe group and ordinary group,with 30 cases in each group,all of which were detected by NT-proBNP.The grades of cardiac function,WBC,FPG,NT-proBNP indicators and symptom score in the three groups were compared.Results The proportion of cardiac function levels III-IV in critical ill group was significantly higher than that in the ordinary group and severe group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The critically ill group was clinicall indicators higher than that in the ordinary group and severe groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of children in the criticall ill group were significantly lower than those in the severe group and the ordinary group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion NT-proBNP detection in early children's hand,foot and mouth symptoms can play a certain early warning significance,and clinical diagnosis and intervention can be carried out through the change of relevant index values.
