伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术治疗小儿龋齿的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Gel Caries Removal Technology with Iodine in the Treatment of Dental Caries in Children

目的分析在小儿龋齿的治疗中应用伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月聊城市人民医院收治的150例龋齿患儿作为研究对象,通过双盲法分入研究组与参照组当中,各75例。前者应用的治疗方式为伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术,后者应用的治疗方式为常规治疗技术。对两组患儿治疗前后的疼痛程度与牙周指标(牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度)、龈沟液炎症因子水平(C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6)、治疗相关指标(充填面积、充填时间、治疗时间)、家属满意度进行展开分析与讨论。结果治疗前,两组患儿疼痛程度与牙周指标、龈沟液炎症因子指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组疼痛程度(2.91±0.49)分、C反应蛋白(7.05±1.21)mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(3.12±0.83)ng/mL、白介素-6(1.95±0.36)ng/mL相比于参照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.607、4.462、5.579、9.142,P<0.05)。研究组患儿充填时间、治疗时间均比参照组短,差异有统计学意义(t=50.901、8.398,P<0.05)。研究组患儿家属满意度(97.33%)相比于参照组(86.67%)明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿牙周指标以及充填面积对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在龋齿患儿中应用伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术治疗的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the application of iodine minimally invasive gel caries removal technology in the treatment of dental caries in children.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,150 children with dental caries admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the study group and the reference group by double-blind method,with 75 cases in each group.The treatment method used in the former is the minimally invasive gel caries removal technology with iodine,and the treatment method used in the latter is conventional treatment technology.The pain degree and periodontal index(gingival index,plaque index,periodontal probing depth)of the two groups of children before and after treatment were compared.The levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid(C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6),treatment-related indicators(filling area,filling time,treatment time),and family satisfaction were analyzed and discussed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of pain,periodontal indicators,and inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the pain level(2.91±0.49)points,C-reactive protein(7.05±1.21)mg/L,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the study group was(3.12±0.83)ng/mL and interleukin-6 was(1.95±0.36)ng/mL,which were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.607,4.462,5.579,9.142,P<0.05).The filling time and treatment time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=50.901,8.398,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the family members of the study group(97.33%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in periodontal indicators and filling area between the two groups of children(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of the minimally invasive gel caries removal technique using iodine in children with dental caries is significant.
