摘要
以色列理工学院研究生村位于以色列理工学院的正门附近,面积为22德南(22,000平方米),包括215套住宅单元,从2室到4室不等。该村还将设置一个带有学前课堂的社区中心和一个多功能厅,作为村中居民和非住校研究生的社交中心。项目设计依据的是景观敏感和生态规划的原则。具体表现为:对景观的破坏最小、尽可能少的开发作业、保护现有的自然环境,以及创造一个能融入自然环境的轮廓。
The Zielony Graduate Student Village is located near the main entrance to the Technion,on an area of 22 dunams(22,000 square meters).It includes 215 housing units,ranging from 2 to 4 rooms.The village will also include a community center with preschool classrooms and a multipurpose hall,which will serve as a social hub for the village residents as well as graduate students who live off-campus.
