贵州与粤港澳大湾区产业合作研究

Research on Industrial Cooperation between Guizhou and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

粤港澳大湾区是贵州扩大开放合作的主攻方向,以产业合作为着力点对接融入粤港澳大湾区,对贵州高质量发展具有重要现实意义。本文基于贵州与粤港澳大湾区的产业互补性分析认为,贵州推进与粤港澳大湾区产业合作应以珠三角为重点方向,以工业为重点领域,瞄准化工及新材料、大数据、加工贸易、健康医药、新型建材五大重点产业精准对接。在此基础上剖析所面临的瓶颈制约因素,并从加强统筹引导、建强产业合作平台等方面提出贵州加强与粤港澳大湾区产业合作的对策建议。

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the main direction of Guizhou′s expansion of opening-up and cooperation.It is of great practical significance for the high-quality development of Guizhou to integrate into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by focusing on industrial cooperation.Based on the analysis of the industrial complementarity between Guizhou and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this article suggests that Guizhou should focus on the Pearl River Delta in promoting industrial cooperation with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,with industry as the key field,targeting chemicals,new materials,big data,and processing trading health&medicine,and new building materials as the five key industries for precise docking.On this basis,the study analyzes the bottlenecks and constraints facing by Guizhou,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Guizhou to strengthen industrial cooperation with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the aspects of strengthening overall guidance and building a strong industrial cooperation platform.
