人类命运共同体理念根植于中国传统哲学思想,立足全人类共同利益,谋求全人类共同发展,关切全人类共同福祉,被誉为思考全人类发展的“中国方案”。其“共”元素是立论之“魂”,践行之“基”,落点之“焦”。共同的物质前提——自然;共同的价值取向——和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由;共生系统的平衡机制——共同利益,是其内隐的“共”元素。“共”元素的多维指向是人类命运共同体理念之核心要义“和平发展、合作共赢”的集中体现。

The vision of a community with a shared future for mankind is rooted in traditional Chinese philosophy.It is based on the common interests of mankind,seeks common development,concerns the common well-being of mankind,and is hailed as the“Chinese solution”for the development of mankind.Its“common”elements are the“soul”of the theory,the“base”of the practice,and the“focus”of the landing point.The common material premise-nature;common values-peace,development,equity,justice,democracy and freedom,the common interest,the balancing mechanism of the symbiotic system,are the implicit“common”elements.The multi-dimensional orientation of“commonality”is in line with the cosmological view of“unity of man and nature”,the political view of“harmony without uniformity”,and the social view of“harmony without uniformity”in traditional Chinese philosophy.It is also the concentrated embodiment of“peaceful development and win-win cooperation”,the core concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.
