交叉口大货车“右转必停”设置策略及安全提升研究

Research on Setting Strategy and Safety Improvement of“Right Turn Must Stop”for Large Trucks at the Intersection

为了提高道路交叉口交通运行安全性,我国部分城市正在试点交叉口大货车“右转必停”政策,但未全面推广。应用事故树分析方法,首先分析了大货车右转事故的产生机理,探究了交叉口大货车“右转必停”设置的主要影响因素,然后从交通工具、交通设施、交通运行和交通管理4个主要因素入手,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,引入了车辆内轮差、交叉口最小缘石半径、交叉口右转综合冲突率、货运管理措施等评价指标,提出了交叉口大货车“右转必停”的设置策略,并以此方法通过实际案例验证了设置策略的可行性,最后从车辆安全系数、货运交通规划、路权空间划分、交通管理措施和交通安全意识5个方面提出了交叉口大货车右转安全提升措施,为合理设置大货车“右转必停”提供了一定思路。

To improve traffic safety at intersections,some cities in our country are piloting the policy of“right turn must stop”for large trucks at intersections,but it has not been fully promoted.By using the analysis method of fault tree,the mechanism of right-turn accidents of large trucks was analyzed and the main influencing factors of the setting of“right-turn must stop”for large trucks at intersections were also explored.Then,starting from the four main factors including vehicles,traffic facilities,traffic operation and traffic management,several evaluating indicators were introduced such as the vehicle inner wheel difference,the minimum curb radius at the intersection,the comprehensive right-turn conflict rate at the intersection and freight management measures by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Consequently,the setting strategy“right turn must stop”of large trucks at the intersection was proposed,and the feasibility of the setting strategy was also verified through actual cases.Finally,the measures to improve the safety of right-turn rucks at intersections were proposed from five aspects:vehicle safety factor,freight traffic planning,road right space division,traffic management measures and traffic safety awareness,which provided a certain idea for the implementation“right turn must stop”of large trucks reasonably.
