基于同质化管理的“一院多区”公立医院行风建设研究:以北京市某医院为例

Research on the Construction of Medical Moral in Public Hospitals with"One Hospital and Multiple Districts"Based on Homogeneous Management:a Case Study of a Hospital in Beijing

在政策与内需双驱动下,“一院多区”发展迅速,但协同管理瓶颈也随之凸显。以案例医院为例,探讨适宜公立医院“一院多区”行风建设的发展模式,总结基于同质化管理的策略在行风建设方面的经验,为完善多院区行风建设提供参考。

Under the dual drive of policy and domestic demand,"one hospital and multiple districts"develops rapidly,but the bottleneck of collaborative management also becomes prominent.Taking the case hospital as an example,the development mode suitable for the construction of medical moral in public hospital with multiple districts was discussed,the experience of the strategy on the construction of medical moral based on homogenized management was summarized,which provided reference for improving the construction of medical moral in hospital with multiple districts.
