摘要
沿黄泵站的抽水过程中,泥沙磨损是一个无法回避的问题。以沿黄泵站使用的双吸离心泵为例,使用Ansys-fluent对其泥沙磨损过程进行数值模拟,并对其磨损机制进行分析。通过跟踪叶轮通道中的固体粒子运动轨迹和通道中的涡流,分析通道内气流对泥沙运动的影响,从而揭示叶片出口表面的磨蚀机理。研究发现,在叶轮压面处,砂粒的分布和相对流速是影响其磨损的主要原因;由于气流通道的存在,会使周围的粒子运动发生明显的变化,从而使粒子聚集在叶片出口附近,进而加剧叶轮的压力面的磨损程度。
During the pumping process of the pumping station along the Yellow River,sediment erosion is an unavoidable problem.Taking the double suction centrifugal pump used in the Yellow River pumping station as an example,Ansys fluent was used to numerically simulate its sediment wear process and analyze its wear mechanism.By tracking the trajectory of solid particles in the impeller channel and the eddy currents in the channel,the influence of airflow in the channel on sediment movement is analyzed,thereby revealing the erosion mechanism of the blade outlet surface.Research has found that the distribution and relative flow velocity of sand particles at the pressure surface of the impeller are the main factors affecting its wear;Due to the presence of airflow channels,there will be significant changes in the movement of surrounding particles.This causes particles to gather near the blade outlet,thereby exacerbating the wear of the pressure surface of the impeller.
