南水北调中线北拒马河节制闸2020年~2021年冬季冰期输水成果分析

摘要 北方地区冬季明渠输水易受冰冻灾害影响,研究北拒马河节制闸2020年~2021年冰期输水期间的水力调度参数与气象条件、基本冰情、冰情危害,提出应对措施,对提高中线冬季向北京供水保障率具有重要意义和价值。 The winter open channel water transportation in the northern region is susceptible to freezing disasters.This study investigates the hydraulic dispatch parameters,meteorological conditions,basic ice conditions,and ice hazards of the North Juma River control gate during the ice period of 2020 to 2021.Proposing countermeasures is of great significance and value in improving the guarantee rate of winter water supply from the central line to Beijing.
