摘要
文章介绍了景宁花香型惠明茶生产的自然条件及产业发展前景;着重阐述了景宁花香型惠明茶研制加工过程中的加温摊青、适温杀青、提香干燥等各个环节的生产工艺参数,并对加工研制工艺技术进行了归纳总结。
Natural production conditions and industrial development prospects of flower-fragrance type Jingning Huiming tea were discussed in the present paper.The technique parameters for processing flower-fragrance type Jingning Huiming tea,including heating withering,fixation temperature and accelerating fragrance by drying were described.
