‘桂青种’刍议

A discussion on tea cultivar‘Guiqing’

六堡茶是广西历史名茶,近年来产业发展迅速,‘桂青种’原料加工制作的六堡茶因其独特的品质风味受到消费者青睐。当前,‘桂青种’是否是广西的一个茶树品种存在很多争议。本文通过查阅历史和文献资料,围绕广西产制茶历史展开讨论,为阐明‘桂青种’提供一定的理论参考。

Liupao tea is a kind of famous historical tea in Guangxi.In recent years,Liupao tea industry has been rapidly developing.Liupao tea made using leaves of tea cultivar‘Guiqing’are deeply preferred by consumers.At present,however,it is controversial whether the‘Guiqing’is an improved tea cultivar in Guangxi.Based on historical literature,this paper discussed the effects of‘Guiqing’cultivar on the development of Guangxi tea industry,so as to provide reference for further study on tea cultivar‘Guiqing’.
