现代学徒制人才培养专业诊断与改进研究

Research on the Diagnosis and Improvement of Modern Apprenticeship

在分析现代学徒制人才培养质量影响因素的基础上,以学校和行业标准及规范为基础,以内适性和外适性相统一的质量保证理论和全面质量管理理论为依据,提出了现代学徒制人才培养专业诊断与改进的实施方法。制定兼顾多方需求、具备个性化和共性化特点的专业教学标准和管理文件,以此作为专业诊改的基本依据和标准。依托信息平台全面采集学徒学习状态数据,加强过程管理,进而开展适应工学交替、岗位培养等特征的多种形式评价,构建适应现代学徒制的“8”字形诊改螺旋,形成了多方协同开展现代学徒制专业诊断与改进工作的机制。

This paper analyses the influencing factor of the cultivation quality of Modern Apprenticeship.Based on the standards and norms of the polytechnic and industry associations,a method of diagnosis and improvement of Modern Apprenticeship is designed according to total quality management theory and internal&external integration quality assurance theory.The files of professional teaching standards and management are developed and used as the criterion of diagnosis and improvement of Modern Apprenticeship.A diagnosis and improvement working mechanism is created with data collection,evaluation in various forms and an"8"⁃shaped diagnosis and improvement helix.
