高职院校岗位实习管理与评价实践探索——以广东农工商职业技术学院为例

Exploring the Management and Evaluation Practice of Internship in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Guangdong Agriculture Industry Business Polytechnic as an Example

岗位实习作为高职院校实践教学中的重要一环,其管理及评价水平在培养学生良好职业素养、提高高职院校人才培养质量等方面发挥着重要作用。广东农工商职业技术学院从强化实习过程动态管理、全过程监管着手,通过实践探索形成了较为完善的实习评价体系及多维度多主体全过程的实习信息化管理模式。为适应新形势新要求,还应在完善实习管理制度、深化产教融合、推进岗位实习管理的智能化等方面进一步做细做实岗位实习工作。

As an important part of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges,internship plays an important role in cultivating students􀆳good professional literacy and improving the quality of talent cultivation.Guangdong Agriculture Industry Business Polytechnic has strengthened the dynamic management of the internship process,supervised the entire process,and formed a relatively complete internship evaluation system and an internship information management model with multi⁃dimension,multi⁃subject and full process.To adapt to the new situation,efforts should be made in reforming the standardized system of internship management,deepening the integration of industry and education,and promoting intelligent management.
