Participation of Foundations in Community Education Development:Roles,Pathways and Contents

基金会是社会组织的重要组成部分。基于我国基金会的发展情况,通过对基金会近年资助项目的分析,提出基金会是社区教育重要的社会资源集散地,社区教育领域是基金会捐赠收入与公益支出的重要关切。基金会在参与社区教育方面扮演着资助者、力行者和同行者的角色,并呈现出不同的介入路径。基金会重点支持开展的社区教育项目内容主要聚焦在社区教育平台的打造、社区教育师资队伍的建设、社区教育课程的研发与推广。

Foundation is an important part of social organization.Based on the development of foundations in our country and through the analysis of the projects funded by foundations in recent years,it is pointed out that foundations are important social resource distribution centers for community education which is an important concern of foundation donation income and public welfare expenditures.Foundations play the roles of funders,practitioners and companions in participating in community education,and present different intervention paths.The content of community education projects supported by the foundation mainly focuses on the building of community education platform,the construction of community education teachers,and the development and promotion of community education courses.
