氯丁橡胶基减震材料组成、微观结构与性能间的关系

Relationship between composition,microstructure and properties of neoprene-based shock absorbing materials

摘要 分别以硫醇调节型、黄原酸调节型和硫磺改性氯丁橡胶(CR)为基体材料,考察三种类型的CR生胶对炭黑填充CR基复合材料加工性能、硫化特性、交联密度、物理机械性能、热氧老化性能、压缩性能、低温性能以及减震性能的影响。结果表明,硫磺调节型CR Baypren510焦烧时间较短,硫化速率和交联密度高,硫化胶的物理机械性能较好,但是混炼胶储存稳定性、热氧老化性能和减震性能相对较差;黄原酸调节型CR Baypren116混炼胶的加工安全性较好,硫化胶的交联密度、硬度、拉伸强度和动静刚度比与硫醇调节型CR S-40V相近,但是撕裂强度要低,高温压缩永久变形要高于硫醇调节型CR S-40V;硫醇调节型CR S-40V硫化胶具有较好的高温压缩永久变形性、减震性能和耐寒性。 The effects of thiol-regulated neoprene rubber(CR),xanthic acid-regulated CR and sulfur-modified CR on the processing properties,curing characteristics,crosslink densities,physical and mechanical properties,thermal and oxygen aging properties,compression properties,low temperature performance and damping performance of carbon black-filled CR-based composites were investigated.The results showed that the sulfur-modified Baypren 510 had a short scorch time,a high vulcanization rate and high crosslink density.And the physical and mechanical properties of CR vulcanizate was best.But the storage stability,thermal oxidative aging properties and damping performance of Baypren 510 vulcanizate were relatively poor.Compared with thiol-regulated S-40V,the processing safety of xanthic acid-regulated Baypren116 compound was better.The crosslink density,hardness,tensile strength and dynamic/static stiffness ratio of Baypren116 were similar to that of S-40V,but the tear strength of Baypren116 was lower.The high temperature compression set was higher than S-40V.Thiol-regulated neoprene rubber S-40V sulfide rubber had better high temperature compression permanent deformation,shock absorption performance and cold resistance.
