高性能轮胎用集成橡胶性能评价

Performance evaluation of integrated rubber for high-performance tires

摘要 考察了集成橡胶(SIBR4020)的门尼黏度及门尼应力松弛、硫化特性、物理机械性能、耐疲劳压缩以及动态性能,并与溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)及SSBR/天然橡胶(NR)进行了对比。结果表明,SIBR4020的加工性能略差,但填充15份环烷油后加工性能显著改善,且优于SSBR2557S/NR。SIBR4020的物理机械性能与SSBR2557S、SSBR2564S处于同一水平,抗湿滑性能显著优于二者。SIBR4020添加15份环烷油后,其物理机械性能、抗疲劳压缩性、抗湿滑性和滚动阻力性能均优于SSBR2557S/NR。 The mooney and mooney stress relaxation,vulcanization characteristics,physical and mechanical properties,fatigue compression resistance and dynamic properties of integrated rubber(SIBR4020)were investigated,and compared with SSBR and solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene/natural rubber(SSBR/NR).The results show that the processing performance of SIBR4020 is slightly worse,but the processing performance is significantly improved after filling with 15 phr naphthenic oil,and it is better than 2557S/NR.The physical and mechanical properties of SIBR4020 are at the same level as SSBR2557S and SSBR2564S,and the wet-skid resistance is significantly better than both.After adding 15 phr naphthenic oil,SIBR4020′s physical and mechanical properties,fatigue compression resistance,wet skid resistance and rolling resistance are better than SSBR2557S/NR.
