摘要
为加快钢筋滚丝机产品开发周期,提高制造技术的智能化,让设计人员可以提前预测机器问题从而降低开发成本,提出一种基于NX MCD的钢筋滚丝机的虚拟调试系统。搭建NX MCD+S7-PLCSIM Advanced V2.0 SP1+TIA Portal V15.1自动化联合虚拟调试平台,进行滚丝机的三维虚拟机电建模,建立虚拟PLC实现信号处理与通信,设计HMI和LAD控制程序,利用博途对加工数据进行实时可视化监控监测,通过对实例的虚拟仿真调试得到详细的设备运行参数,验证了该方法的准确性。
In order to speed up the product development cycle of the rebar rolling machine,improve the intelligence of manufacturing technology,and allow designers to predict machine problems in advance and reduce development costs,a virtual debugging system of rebar rolling machine based on NX MCD was proposed.NX MCD+S7-PLCSIM Advanced V2.0 SP1+TIA Portal V15.1 automated virtual debugging platform was built,the 3D virtual machine electrical modeling of the wire roller was studied,the virtual PLC was established to achieve signal processing and communication,the HMI and LAD control program were designed,the processing data was monitored in real time by using Portal,and the detailed equipment operation parameters were obtained through the virtual simulation debugging of the examples,and the accuracy of the method was verified.
