新工科专业校企合作模式研究——以数据科学与大数据技术专业为例 被引量:1

Research on the Mode of Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises for Emerging Engineering Majors——A Case Study of Data Science and Big Data Technology Major

摘要 以数据科学与大数据技术专业为例,阐述了当前部分学校专业建设存在的专业教师短缺,实习实训平台无法完全满足教育和教学要求等问题,为了提高专业人才培养质量,这些高校多采用校企合作的方式进行校企联合培养,以达到提高学生实践能力的目的。为实现育人目标,分析了参与校企合作企业存在的问题,具体包括企业提供实训平台方面存在的问题和企业讲师存在的问题,通过量化不同知识点使用的虚化资源数和专业教师需具备的专业知识要求,为学校合理选择企业提供依据,从而达到学校合理选择校企合作企业,最终实现高质量人才培养的目的。 Taking the major of data science and big data technology as an example,this paper expounds the problems existing in the current professional construction of some universities,such as the shortage of professional teachers,and the inability of the internship and training platform to fully meet the educational and teaching requirements.In order to improve the quality of professional talent cultivation,some universities adopt the method of school-enterprise cooperation to conduct school-enterprise joint training to improve students'practical ability.In order to achieve the goal of education,the paper analyzes the problems existing in participating in school-enterprise cooperative enterprises,including the problems existing in training platforms provided by enterprises and enterprise lecturers.By quantifying the number of virtual resources used by different knowledge points and the professional knowledge requirements required by professional teachers,it provides a basis for schools to select enterprises reasonably,thereby achieving the goal of schools to select school-enterprise cooperative enterprises reasonably and achieving high-quality talent cultivation ultimately.
