摘要
文章研究了在已知汽轮机转子跳动情况下,弯曲转子的精细动平衡方法.在有限元软件中进行转子建模,通过跳动情况进行不平衡重径积计算,并将重径积结果添加到转子模型中,以此计算前后轴承附近的振动响应,通过试算得到最优配重方案.工程实践证明,该方案实施效果显著,能有效地处理弯曲转子的振动问题.
The fine balance method of bended rotor was studied based on steam turbine bended rotor runout data.The rotor was modeled in finite element software,then the unbalanced weight-diameter product calculated through the runout data,and the result of the weight-diameter product added to the rotor model to calculate the response near front and rear bearings.Get the optimal counterweight plan through trial calculations.Engineering practice had proved that the method had a significant effect,which could effectively deal with the vibration problem of the bending rotor.
