兆瓦级干热岩ORC地热发电系统研究

摘要 以目标工程作为设计实例,根据干热岩地热水参数条件,构建1 MW功率等级ORC发电系统.通过分析不同工质下的热力性能,根据热力系统第二效率最大原则,确定R245fa为干热岩地热水发电系统的工质.通过变工况性能评估,分别给出了不同地热水流量、地热水温度、环境温度下的发电模块功率修正曲线.该设计方法已应用于实际工程投标,为系统方案设计提供了有效支撑. Taking the target project as an example,according to the parameters of dry hot rock geothermal water,a 1 MW ORC power generation system is constructed.By analyzing the thermal performance of different working fluids,R245fa is determined as the working fluid of dry hot rock geothermal water power generation system according to the principle of maximum second efficiency of thermal system.Through the off design performance evaluation,the power correction curves of power generation module under different geothermal water flow,geothermal water temperature and ambient temperature are given.The design method has been applied to the actual project bidding,which provides an effective support for the system scheme design.
