混合式教学法在应用型本科院校财务管理课程中的应用

摘要 “互联网+教育”的迅速发展催生了线上、线下相结合的混合式教学模式,也为应用型本科院校的课程教学改革优化提供了全新视角。以财务管理课程教学为例,其培养目标定位与市场人才需求之间存在明显差距,利用混合式教学法优化教学模式、强化教学效果势在必行。混合式教学法应用于财务管理课程,须以引导学生实现深度学习、应用多种线上教学平台、加强教学过程性评价、重塑师生角色与关系为导向,着眼于课前、课中、课后等不同阶段,加强财务管理课程教学的过程设计,为提升教学效果创造良好条件。 The rapid development of"Internet+education"has given birth to a hybrid teaching model combining online and offline,which also provides a new perspective for the reform and optimization of curriculum teaching in application-oriented universities.Taking the teaching of financial management courses as an example,there is a obvious gap between the orientation of training objectives and the demand for talents in the market.It is imperative to adopt hybrid teaching methods to optimize the teaching mode and strengthen the teaching effect.The application of blended teaching method in financial management courses must be guided by guiding students to achieve deep learning,applying various online teaching platforms,strengthening the evaluation of teaching processes,and reshaping the role and relationship between teachers and students.Focusing on different stages such as before class,in class and after class,the process design of financial management teaching should be strengthened to create favorable conditions for improving teaching effect.
