Realistic Demands,Development Dilemmas and Promotion Thinking of Family Health Instructor Training in the New Era

开展家庭健康促进行动是深入贯彻落实健康中国建设的重要举措,家庭健康指导员培养是构建家庭健康服务体系、提升基层健康服务水平的关键环节。运用文献资料、逻辑分析和调研等方法对新时代家庭健康指导员培养的现实诉求、发展困境与推进思考进行研究。研究认为,新时代家庭健康指导员培养的现实诉求包括:政府层面推进健康中国战略落地见效的迫切性、社会层面促成家庭健康指导员培养的需求性、家庭层面落实体育健康教育的紧迫性、个体层面学习运动健康知识与技能的必要性。当前家庭健康指导员培养存在顶层设计不完善与制度保障不健全、职责任务不明确与人才培养不完备、资金保障不系统与数字媒体技术手段应用不成熟等发展困境。建议未来我国家庭健康指导员培养应不断加强组织领导,推进顶层谋划,促成家庭健康指导员制度政策保障;明确职责任务,组织开展培训,加强家庭健康指导员人才培养;完善资金保障,做好总结推广,形成全民健身进家庭中国式现代化发展之路;加强服务阵地建设,规范家庭健康服务中心建设,利用数字媒体技术开展健康知识普及。从而开创家庭健康指导员培养工作的新局面,促成以家庭为单位的健康治理新模式,切实提高国民体质健康水平和健康素养。

The implementation of family health promotion action is an important initiative to further implement the construction of health China,and the training of family health instructors is a key link to build a family health service system and improve the level of grassroots health services.The research uses methods of literature review,logical analysis and survey to study the realistic demands,development dilemmas and promotion thoughts of family health instructor training in the new era.The study concluded that the realistic demands of family health instructor training in the new era include:the urgency of promoting the implementation of the Health China strategy at the government level,the demand for family health instructor training at the society level,the urgency of implementing physical health education at the family level,and the necessity of learning exercise and health knowledge and skills at the individual level;facing the imperfect top-level design and system,and the unclear responsibilities and tasks of family health instructor training.In the face of the current development dilemmas such as imperfect top-level design and unsound system protection,unclear responsibilities and tasks and incomplete talent training,unsystematic financial guarantee and immature application of digital media technology,the future training of family health instructors in China should continue to strengthen organizational leadership,promote top-level planning,and promote the system policy protection of family health instructors;clarify responsibilities and tasks,organize training,and strengthen the training of family health instructors;improve financial guarantee,do a good job of summary and promotion,and form a modern development path of national fitness into the family in Chinese style;strengthen the construction of service positions,standardize the construction of family health service centers,and use digital media technology to carry out health knowledge popularization.This will create a new situation in the training of family health instructors,contribute to a new model of family-based health governance,and effectively improve the level of national physical health and health literacy.
