人文护理在高血压患者中的临床应用研究进展

Research Progress on Clinical Application of Humanistic Nursing i n Patients with Hypertension

近年来,高血压患病率逐年上升,高血压并发症严重影响人们的生活。人文护理已广泛应用于护理专业各个领域,其可提高患者健康教育水平,增加患者服药的依从性,降低高血压发病率,减轻或延缓高血压相关并发症,改善患者的生活质量。文章通过阐述目前人文关怀在高血压病患者中的临床应用,发现人文关怀是护患沟通的桥梁,能够进一步提高高血压患者的生活质量,为进一步研究临床人文护理提供一定基础。

In recent years,the prevalence of hypertension is increasing year by year,and the complications of hypertension have seriously affected the lives of patients.Humanistic nursing has been widely used in all fields of nursing,it can improve the level of patients'health education,increase the compliance of patients with medication,reduce the incidence rate of hypertension,alleviate or delay hypertension-related complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.This paper summarizes the clinical application of humanistic nursing in patients with hypertension,finds that humanistic nursing is the bridge for nurse-patient communications,it can further improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension,and provide a certain basis for further research on clinical humanistic nursing.
