支原体、衣原体、淋球菌联合检测在女性泌尿生殖感染中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Mycoplasma, Chlamydia and Neisseria Gonorrhoeae for FemaleGenitourinary Infection

摘要 目的:探讨支原体(UU)、衣原体(CT)、淋球菌(NG)联合检测在女性泌尿生殖感染中的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年10月湖南省衡阳市中医医院收治的女性泌尿生殖感染患者120例为研究对象,患者均进行UU、CT、NG检测。观察其UU、CT、NG检测结果,包括单一病原体感染情况与混合感染情况(UU+CT、UU+NG、CT+NG、UU+CT+NG)。结果:UU阳性率高于CT、NG阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);CT、NG阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。UU+CT阳性率高于UU+NG、CT+NG、UU+CT+NG阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);UU+NG、CT+NG、UU+CT+NG阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:UU、CT、NG联合检测在女性泌尿生殖感染中的诊断价值显著,有助于准确诊断感染及致病菌情况,为后续治疗计划提供可靠参考依据,对提高临床诊疗水平有积极意义。 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of Ureaplasma urealyticnm(UU),Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)and Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)for female genitourinary infection.Methods:A total of 120 female patients with genitourinary infection admitted to Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hunan Province from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were tested for UU,CT and NG.The detection results of UU,CT and NG were observed,including single pathogen infection and mixed infection(UU+CT,UU+NG,CT+NG,UU+CT+NG).Results:The positive rate of UU was higher than that of CT and NG,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The positive rates of CT and NG showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The positive rate of UU+CT was higher than that of UU+NG,CT+NG,and UU+CT+NG,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive rates of UU+NG,CT+NG,UU+CT+NG showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of UU,CT and NG has significant diagnostic value in female genitourinary infection,which is helpful to accurately diagnose infection and pathogenic bacteria,provide a reliable reference for subsequent treatment plans,and have positive significance for improving the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
