中医外治疗法治疗混合痔术后疼痛的研究进展

Research Progress of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Postoperative Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoids

肛门疼痛是混合痔术后的主要并发症,疼痛可引起肛缘水肿,进而加重疼痛,疼痛也会影响患者情绪,导致其产生紧张、恐惧心理,还会影响创面愈合,增加住院时间。混合痔术后采用中医外治疗法可明显降低并发症发生率,临床效果较满意。中医外治疗法包括中医定向透药疗法,中药熏洗坐浴,中药外敷疗法,针灸疗法(针刺、电针、浮针等),中药灌肠,中药栓剂纳肛等,既可以单独使用,又可以2种或多种方案联用。文章对近年来中医外治疗法治疗混合痔术后疼痛的进展进行综述,介绍各种中医外治疗法的优势及疗效,以更好地发挥中医外治疗法的作用。

Anal pain is the main complication after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,the pain can cause edema of the anal margin and further exacerbate the pain,and the pain can also affect patients'emotions,leading to tension and fear,as well as affecting wound healing and prolongingg hospital stays.The use of traditional Chinese medicine external therapy after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine includes Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy,Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath,Chinese medicine external application therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy(acupuncture,electroacupuncture,floating needle and others),Chinese medicine enema,Chinese medicine suppository for anal insertion,which can be used alone or in combination with two or more schemes.This article reviews the progress of traditional Chinese medicine external therapy in treating postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids in recent years,introduces the advantages and efficacy of various traditional Chinese medicine external therapies,so as to better play the role of traditional Chinese medicine external therapy.
