注射用尼可地尔联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗急性心肌梗死术后的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nicorandil for Injection Combined with Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection in Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨注射用尼可地尔联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗急性心肌梗死术后的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年5月于锦州医科大学附属第三医院行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术的60例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予注射用尼可地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗。比较两组临床指标、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、室壁运动积分指数(WMSI)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(CTnI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF高于对照组,WMSI、CTnI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:注射用尼可地尔联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗急性心肌梗死,可明显提高患者的左室射血分数、降低室壁运动积分指数和心肌肌钙蛋白I水平,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nicorandil for injection combined with sulfotanshinone sodium injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients undergoing emergency precutaneous coronary intervention in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nicorandil for injection and the observation group was treated with sulfotanshinone sodium injection on the basis of control group.The clinical indicators and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),wall motion score index(WMSI),and cardiac troponin I(CTnI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and WMSI and CTnI in the observation group were lower than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The nicorandil for injection combined with sulfotanshinone sodium injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can significantly increase the left ventricular ejection fraction,reduce the wall motion score index and cardiac troponin I level in patients,and the clinical efficacy is significant.
