枸橼酸氯米芬联合补肾调肝方加减治疗肾虚肝郁型不孕的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Clomifene Citrate Combined with Modified Bushen Tiaogan Prescription in Treatment of Infertilitywith Kidney Deficiency and Liver Depression

目的:分析枸橼酸氯米芬联合补肾调肝方加减治疗肾虚肝郁型不孕的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年10月宿迁市宿豫区来龙中心医院收治的82例肾虚肝郁型不孕患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组应用枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用补肾调肝方加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血清激素水平、受孕能力及妊娠情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。治疗后,观察组雌二醇、孕激素水平高于对照组,促卵泡激素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组卵泡直径长于对照组,子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组排卵率、妊娠率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调肝方加减治疗肾虚肝郁型不孕,能够显著提升患者的受孕能力,并对患者的性激素水平有明显的改善作用,从而显著提高排卵率、妊娠率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of clomifene citrate combined with modified Bushen Tiaogan Prescription in treatment of infertility with kidney deficiency and liver depression.Methods:A total of 82 infertility patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression admitted to Suqian Suyu District Lailong Central Hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomifene citrate and the observation group was treated with modified Bushen Tiaogan Prescription on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,serum hormone level,ability to conceive and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).After treatment,the levels of estradiol and progesterone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the follicle diameter in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Bushen Tiaogan Prescription in treatment of infertility with kidney deficiency and liver depression can significantly improve the ability to conceive,obviously improve the sex hormone levels of patients,thus significantly increasing the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
