芒硝外敷联合穴位按摩治疗腹部手术术后急性胃肠功能Ⅱ级损伤的效果研究

Effect of Crystallized Sodium Sulfate Topical Application Combined Acupoint Massage in Treatment of Acute Gastrointestinal Function Injury Grade II After Abdominal Surgery

目的:探讨芒硝外敷联合穴位按摩治疗腹部手术术后急性胃肠功能Ⅱ级损伤的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年3月郴州市中医医院收治的腹部手术术后急性胃肠功能Ⅱ级损伤患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为联合治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予肌内注射盐酸甲氧氯普胺注射液治疗,联合治疗组给予芒硝外敷联合穴位按摩治疗。比较两组不同时段腹内压情况、术后恢复情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后1、3、5d,联合治疗组腹内压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组术后排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:腹部手术所致急性胃肠功能Ⅱ级损伤患者应用芒硝外敷联合穴位按摩治疗的效果显著,能够改善患者腹内压水平,加快术后恢复速度,减少不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of crystallized sodium sulfate topical application combined acupoint massage in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal function injury grade II after abdominal surgery.Methods:From April 2021 to March 2022,60 patients with acute gastrointestinal function injury grade II after abdominal surgery admitted to Chenzhou Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into combination treatment group and control group according to the random double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of metoclopramide dihydrochloride injection,and the combination treatment group was treated with crystallized sodium sulfate topical application combined acupoint massage.The intra-abdominal pressure at different time points,postoperative recovery and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:At 1 d,3 d and 5 d after treatment,the intra-abdominal pressure level in the combination treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in the combination treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The crystallized sodium sulfate topical application combined acupoint massage has significant effects in the patients with acute gastrointestinal function injury grade II after abdominal surgery,it can improve the intra-abdominal pressure level,accelerate postoperative recovery and reduce adverse reactions.
