儿童传染病免疫预防中应用针对性免疫接种的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Targeted Immunization in Immunoprophylaxis of Infectious Diseases in Children

目的:探讨针对性免疫接种在儿童传染病免疫预防中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年12月于湖北省荆州市第三人民医院接受免疫接种的200例学龄前儿童作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规免疫接种,观察组给予针对性免疫接种。比较两组流行性传染病发生情况及儿童家长传染病免疫预防的知晓度。结果:观察组流行性传染病总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。观察组儿童家长传染病知识、计划免疫、预防接种、日常管理知晓度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:针对性免疫接种在儿童传染病免疫预防中的应用效果显著,能够降低流行性传染病发生率,提高儿童家长传染病免疫预防知晓度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted immunization in immunoprophylaxis of infectious diseases in children.Methods:A total of 200 preschoolers who received immunization in the Third People's Hospital of Jingzhou City from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine immunization,and the observation group received targeted immunization.The incidence of epidemic infectious diseases and the awareness of infectious disease immunoprophylaxis by parents were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall incidence of epidemic infectious diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).The scores of parents'awareness of infectious disease knowledge,planned immunity,preventive vaccination,and daily management and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The targeted immunization in the immunoprophylaxis of infectious diseases in children has a significant application effect,it can reduce the incidence of epidemic infectious diseases and improve the parent’s awareness of infectious disease immunoprophylaxis.
