结肠及淋巴结组织胞浆菌病一例

Histoplasmosis of colon and lymph node:a case report

组织胞浆菌是一种致病真菌,免疫功能正常及低下患者均可罹患该菌感染。其临床表现复杂多样,常与其他疾病混淆。本文复习相关文献报道一例我院最近诊治的结肠及淋巴结组织胞浆菌病,以提高临床及病理医师对该病的认识,减少其漏诊及误诊的发生。

Histoplasma is a disease-causing fungus,which can infect patients with normal or low immune func-tion.Its clinical manifestations are varied and often confused with other diseases.This paper reports a case of HP in both colon and lymph nodes from Hainan General Hospital and reviews the relevant literature,in order to improve the clini-cian's and pathologist's understanding of the disease and reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
