装配组合式模块化BSL-3实验室研制

摘要 目的:为解决现有活动板房式生物安全实验室的围护结构气密性不足、重复利用率差、模块化程度低以及装配速度慢等问题,研制装配组合式模块化BSL-3实验室。方法:该实验室由实验平台模块、保障设施模块和实验设备模块组成。其中实验平台模块以调平底架为“地基”,以轻量化板为围护结构。保障设施模块中各部分均采用模块式集成设计和箱组化设计,其中通风系统集成净化过滤、通风换气、温湿度调节、灭菌消毒和故障检测功能;控制系统包括缓冲间模块、实验间模块、送风模块和排风模块控制单元。实验设备模块采用航空铝制箱统一收纳,且箱组尺寸采用分档设计。结果:装配组合式模块化BSL-3实验室的物理综合性能和消毒效果均符合生物安全三级实验标准,可开展三级病原体的检验和研究工作。结论:装配组合式模块化BSL-3实验室解决了现场快速装配、气密性、批量运输和标准化设计问题,为疫情防控和跨地域支援提供了一种更加可靠、安全的实验装备。 Objective To develop a prefabricated modular BSL-3 laboratory to solve the problems of the existing prefabricated-house-based biosafety laboratory in airtightness,reusability,modularity and low assembly speed.Methods A prefabricated modular BSL-3 laboratory was developed composed of an experimental platform module,a supporting facility module and an experimental device module;the experimental platform module used a leveling base frame as the foundation and the lightweight panel as the enclosure mechanism.The supporting facility module had its components designed with the ideas of modular integration and chest grouping,the ventilation mechanism was gifted with functions for purification and filtration,ventilation,temperature and humidity regulation,sterilization and disinfection and fault detection,and the control system was composed of server control units for the buffer room module,laboratory module,air supply module and air exhaust module.The experimental device module could be put in sizes of aviation aluminum chests.Results The prefabricated modular BSL-3 laboratory developed met the requirements of the biosafety level-3 experiments for physical performances and disinfection,and could be used for the inspection and research on level-3 pathogens.Conclusion The prefabricated modular BSL-3 laboratory developed solves the problems in rapid assembling in field conditions,airtightness,mass transportation and standardized design,which facilitates reliable and safe experiments for epidemic prevention and control and cross-regional support in China.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2023,44(5):21-25]
