腘窝囊肿关节镜与开放切除术疗效回顾性研究

目的通过对关节镜下单向活瓣切除术与传统开放腘窝囊肿患者术后疗效的回顾性研究,分析两种手术方式的优缺点,为腘窝囊肿的手术方式选择提供参考。方法以2015年2月-2022年6月本院49例腘窝囊肿的病历资料作为研究对象,腘窝囊肿切除术27例,关节镜下单向活瓣切除术22例。比较手术时长、术后VAS评分、并发症及复发情况。结果腘窝囊肿切除术患者,出现了6例复发;22例关节镜下单向活瓣切除的腘患者中,6名患者腘窝囊肿消失,16例患者在后续仍有腘窝囊肿继续存在。结论传统腘窝囊肿切除术手术难度较小,适合基层及无关节镜操作经验的骨外科相关科室开展,微创化的腘窝囊肿关节镜下单向活瓣切除术是针对腘窝囊肿值得推广的手术方法。

Objective Through a retrospective study on the postoperative efficacy of patients with popliteal cyst were performed unidirection valvectomy under arthroscopic and traditional open resection,the advantages and disadvantages of the two surgical methods were analyzed to provide reference for the selection of popliteal cyst surgical methods.Methods The medical records of 49 cases of popliteal cyst in our hospital were taken as the research objects,including 27 cases of popliteal cyst resection and 22 cases of unidirection valvectomy under arthroscopic.The length of operation,postoperative VAS score,complications and recurrence were compared.Results In patients with popliteal cyst resection,recurrence occurred in 6 cases;Among 22 popliteal patients who underwent unidirection valvectomy under arthroscopic,popliteal cyst disappeared in 6 paients and continued exist in 16 patients in the follow-up.Conclusions Traditional popliteal cyst resection is less difficulty,which is suitable for basic level and orthopedic departments without arthroscopic operation experience.Minimally invasive unidirection valvectomy under arthroscopic is targeted at popliteal cyst and worthy of promotion for popliteal cyst.
