人工踝关节置换术和踝关节融合术治疗踝关节病的早期疗效分析

Analysis on the early effects of artificial ankle replacement and arthrodesis in the treatment of ankle joint disease

目的比较TAR和AA治疗踝关节病的早期临床效果。方法共收治24例(24踝)踝关节病患者,分为2组:人工踝关节置换组(8例)和踝关节融合组(16例)。结果术前术后使用AOFAS、SF-36评分和关节活动度对患者进行评分,对数据进行统计学分析并比较2组患者术后并发症的发生率。结论表明TAR较AA在治疗踝关节病中改善踝关节功能早期有明显的优势。中远期疗效需要进一步随访。

Objective This study compared the early clinical effects of total ankle replacement(TAR)and ankle arthrodesis(AA)in treatments of ankle joint disease.Methods A total of 24 patients with ankle joint disease(24 ankles)were treated and divided into two groups:the TAR group(8 cases)and the AA group(16 cases).Preoperative and postoperative evaluations were conducted using AOFAS and SF-36 scores,as well as joint range motion,and statistical analysis was performed to compare the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Conclusions The Results showed that total ankle replacement(TAR)had significant advantages over ankle arthrodesis(AA)in improving ankle joint function in the early stages of ankle joint disease treatment.However,further follow-up is required to evaluate the medium to long-term efficacy of the treatments.
