摘要
【目的】为了解镁肥对蜜柚果实粒化的影响,在蜜柚果园常规施肥的基础上,通过增施不同浓度的镁肥,以期获得蜜柚果实粒化率最低时的镁肥施用浓度。【方法】针对蜜柚粒化率较高的果园,于2018、2019年连续2年在蜜柚始花期增施不同浓度镁肥,在蜜柚成熟期调查其单果质量、果皮质量、果皮厚度、可溶性固形物质量分数、粒化率等。【结果】与对照相比,株施0.6 kg镁肥处理后,蜜柚果实粒化率从40.18%下降到15.27%,果皮厚度从20.17 mm下降至13.55 mm,可溶性固形物质量分数从10.1%提高至10.9%。【结论】增施镁肥可显著降低蜜柚果实粒化率,使得其果皮变薄,糖度增加,品质提高。
【Objective】In order to understand the effect of magnesium fertilizer on the granulation of honey pomelo fruit,on the basis of conventional fertilization in the honey pomelo orchard,the application concentration of magnesium fertilizer at the lowest granulation rate of honey pomelo fruit was obtained by adding different concentrations of magnesium fertilizer.【Methods】For orchards with high granulation rate of honey pomelo,different concentrations of magnesium fertilizer were added at the initial flowering stage of honey pomelo for 2 consecutive years.【Results】Increasing magnesium fertilizer could significantly reduce the granulation rate of pomelo fruit,make its peel thinner,sugar content increased,and quality improved.【Conclusion】Compared with the control,the granulation rate of pomelo fruit decreased from 40.18%to 15.27%,the peel thickness decreased from 20.17 mm to 13.55 mm,and the soluble solids increased from 10.1 to 10.9 in the treatment of 0.6 kg magnesium fertilizer per plant.
