摘要
通过采用1 m声压级测量法对发动机进行整机台架噪声评估试验。结果表明,在前端面及排气侧存在异常峰值。采用声学阵列,利用波束成形的方法对异响源进行定位,实现发动机台架噪声测试的评估及异响排查。对已排查的发动机进行台架噪声测试,对增压器噪声,不同负荷噪声,前端面噪声进行分析,最终实现对一款发动机噪声水平的评估分析。
Through the 1 meter sound pressure level measurement test method,the evaluation of the engine noise was carried out.The results show that there were abnormal bulges on the front of engine and the exhaust side.The acoustic array is used to locate the abnormal sound source by beam forming method,and the evaluation and detection of engine noise are realized.Bench noise test was performed on the checked engine.The noise of supercharger,noise of different load and noise of front surface are analyzed to realize the evaluation and analysis of the noise level of the engine.
