碳纳米管增强的羟基磷灰石/聚醚醚酮牙种植体材料的理化性质研究 被引量:3

Physicochemical Properties of Hydroxyapatite/Polyether(etherketone)Dental Implant Materials Reinforced with Carbon Nanotubes

摘要 聚醚醚酮(PEEK)在力学强度和生物相容性方面还不能完全满足临床要求。利用多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTS)对羟基磷灰石/聚醚醚酮(HA/PEEK)复合材料进行增强。通过共混-注塑成型制备MWCNTS/HA/PEEK复合材料。探究HA/PEEK和MWCNTS/HA/PEEK复合材料的力学性能、表面亲水性、表面粗糙度、热力学性质和成骨细胞相容性。结果表明:MWCNTS与PEEK基体存在较强的结合力。4%MWCNTS/30%HA/PEEK复合材料的拉伸模量(8.1 GPa)与拉伸强度(78 MPa)均满足人体密质骨的力学强度要求。MWCNTS和HA共同提高了PEEK的结晶温度(T c)与熔融温度(Tm),提升了PEEK的热稳定性。成骨细胞在MWCNTS/HA/PEEK复合材料表面生长与分化情况良好,证明制备的三元复合材料有良好的生物相容性。 Polyetheretherketone(PEEK)cannot fully meet the clinical requirements in terms of mechanical strength and biocompatibility.Hydroxyapatite/polyetheretherketone(HA/PEEK)composites were reinforced by multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTS).MWCNTS/HA/PEEK composites were prepared by blending-injection molding.The mechanical properties,surface hydrophilicity,surface roughness,thermodynamic properties and osteoblast compatibility of HA/PEEK and MWCNTS/HA/PEEK composites were investigated.The results show that MWCNTS has a strong binding force with PEEK matrix.The tensile modulus(8.1 GPa)and tensile strength(78 MPa)of 4%MWCNTS/30%HA/PEEK composite meet the mechanical strength requirements of human compact bone.MWCNTS and HA together increase the crystallization temperature(T c)and melting temperature(Tm)of PEEK,and improve the thermal stability of PEEK.The growth and differentiation of osteoblasts on the surface of MWCNTS/HA/PEEK composites are good,which proves that the prepared ternary composites has good biocompatibility.
