摘要
以膨胀石墨(EG)为阻燃剂改性聚氨酯(PU)泡沫塑料,制备了PU/EG复合保温塑料,研究EG对复合保温塑料微观形貌、力学性能、热稳定性和燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:PU与EG两者相容性较好,EG能够较好地分散到PU中。随着EG加入量的增加,复合保温塑料的表观密度、压缩强度和拉伸强度增大,拉断伸长率先增大后降低。随着EG加入量的增加,复合保温塑料导热系数不断增大,热稳定性逐渐提高。EG的加入提高了复合保温塑料的阻燃性能,EG为20%时,复合保温塑料的阻燃等级已达到B1级。EG加入量为20%时,可以制备综合性能最优的PU/EG复合保温塑料。
PU/EG composite thermal insulation plastics were prepared by modifying polyurethane(PU)foam plastics with expanded graphite(EG)as flame retardant.The effects of EG on the microstructure,mechanical properties,thermal stability and combustion properties of composite thermal insulation plastics were studied.The results show that PU and EG have good compatibility,and EG can be well dispersed into PU.With the increase of EG content,the apparent density,compressive strength and tensile strength of the composite insulation plastics increase,and the elongation at break increase first and then decrease.With the increase of EG content,the thermal conductivity of the composite insulation plastics increase and the thermal stability increase gradually.The addition of EG improves the flame retardancy of the composite insulation plastics.When EG is 20%,the flame retardant grade of the composite insulation plastic reaches B1 grade.When the content of EG is 20%,the PU/EG composite insulation plastic with the best comprehensive performance can be prepared.
