党的二十大报告将“加强党的政治建设”与“严明政治纪律和政治规矩”两项部署前后相继予以表述,体现了这两项部署之间规律性的内在关联。党的政治纪律在党的纪律体系中的地位作用与党的政治建设在党的建设布局中的地位作用是一一对应、高度对称的。全党都能严守政治纪律是加强党的政治建设的底线要求,是实现党的政治建设基本目标的根本保障;完善与落实党的政治纪律建设体系是加强党的政治建设的基本路径。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress expresses the two deployments of“strengthening political construction of the Party”and“enhancing political discipline and political rules”one after another,which reflects the internal relationship between them.The position and role of the Party’s political discipline in the Party’s discipline system and those of the Party’s political construction in the Party’s construction layout are highly corresponding and symmetrical.It is the bottom line of strengthening the Party’s political construction that the whole Party can strictly observe political discipline,and it is the fundamental guarantee for realizing the basic goal of the Party’s political construction.Improving and implementing the Party’s political discipline construction system is the basic path to strengthening the Party’s political construction.
